HUMIDITY CONTROLLER PWT-801
PWT-801 humidity controller is designed for air humidity measurements. It is one of the new generation controllers with wide range of features and applications. The measurement is made with a high accuracy sensor. PWT-801 is a stationary device in housing resistant to humidity (IP-65). The device is equipped with large, backlit, graphic display, showing the temperature and humidity readout and the status of each relay simultaneously.
Characteristic features:
High measurement accuracy and stability have been ensured. PWT-801 is easy to operate and has an English menu. It is equipped with a collective optical signalisation of the correct work and the progress of the controlling process. The controller is powered with standard 230V voltage, which is galvanically isolated from the input clamps. It is possible to use different power supply voltage: 110/230/24V AC, 12 – 24V DC (optionally). The device signalises low power supply level. Outputs: relays (alarm or PID regulation); isolated, digital: RS-485, MODBUS (ASCII and RTU); isolated current outputs: 0 ÷ 20 or 4 ÷ 20 mA. In case of using the relays and exceeding the entered lower or higher limits, the proper relay is switched (minimum and maximum alarm) or fill in or frequency coefficients are changed (for the PID controller). Thanks to the modern electronic components the controller’s memory has become fully independent from the power supply. The device is equipped with the real time clock with date. It is possible to connect a remote panel (keyboard with display), which enables controlling the device from up to 1 km distance. The preamplifier is mounted next to the sensor, maximal distance is 10m. Possibility of the data radio (wireless) transmission from the measuring head or sensor to the controller. The sensor can't be used for measurements in a dusty atmosphere, chambers with chemical, fat, or oil fumes or in presence of aggressive gases.
