pH ELECTRODE EPX-1t FOR CONTINUOUS MEASUREMENTS IN WASTE WATER

The EPX-1t electrode is designed for continuous pH measurements in waste water, sewage etc. In most cases it is used during measurements in pipelines with use of GPP-1 flow head.
Flat membrane enables self cleaning during the liquid flow and a Teflon junction is more resistant to clogging and limits the penetration of the measured solution into the electrode.
Flat surface of the membrane and junction decreases the amount of the possible sediments.
A good contact between the gel electrolyte and the measured solution is ensured.
The maximal pressure of the solution in the pipeline for this electrode is up to 6 bar.
Inside the electrode a Pt-1000B temperature sensor is built in.
Not calibrated electrode at 0 mV (7.00 pH) has the deviation of 0.1 pH.
The temperature measurement error at 20 °C is not greater than 0.3 °C.
The electrode has a very low sodium error.
It is equipped with 3/4” thread which enables to screw it into the head.
The gel electrolyte is not refillable.
The calibration should be performed after screwing the electrode out of the head.
EPX-1t may cooperate with all pH meters made by ELMETRON offered for continuous measurements.
